Toffee-On-A-Stick - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 cups sugar
    1 tbsp white vinegar
    6 None pop sticks, halved crosswise
    None None Multi-colored sprinkles
Preparation
    Grease a 12-cup mini muffin pan. Combine the sugar, 1/2 cup water and vinegar in medium heavy-bottomed saucepan. Stir on medium heat, without boiling, until the sugar is dissolved. Bring the mixture to a boil and boil, uncovered, without stirring, for about 15 mins or until a small amount of sugar syrup cracks when dropped into a cup of cold water.
    Remove from the heat and allow the bubbles to subside. Pour the toffee mixture into the prepared pan. Sprinkle with multi-colored sprinkles. Let the toffees stand for about 10 mins. Place the sticks, cut-side down, into the center of the toffees. Stand toffees at room temperature until set.
