Three Herb Italian Garlic Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tbsp olive oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 loaf Italian bread, sliced
    3 tbsp chopped fresh mixed herbs, like basil, oregano and parsley
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat grill. Combine oil and garlic. Brush 1 side of bread with oil then grill, oil-side down, for 1 min, or until toasted. Sprinkle with herbs and cheese. Cover and grill for 30 seconds, or until cheese is melted.
