Spaghetti Aglio Olio - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 oz spaghetti
    1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
    16 None raw jumbo shrimp, peeled, deveined, with tails intact
    1/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs
    6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley leaves
    None None salad and crusty bread, to serve
Preparation
    Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup cooking liquid.
    Meanwhile, in a large, deep frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Saute shrimp for 2-3 mins, until just pink. Add breadcrumbs and garlic. Cook for 1-2 mins, until mixture begins to turn golden brown. Add parsley and toss to combine.
    Add pasta to pan along with reserved liquid, tossing well. Season to taste. Serve with salad and crusty bread.
