Shredded Vegetable And Peanut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None turkish/mini cucumber, cut into thin strips
    1 None carrot, cut into thin strips
    1 None green pepper, cut into thin strips
    3 cups bean sprouts, trimmed
    2 None green chilies, sliced
    1 tbsp finely grated ginger
    None None juice of 1 lemon
    1/4 cup chopped peanuts, toasted
Preparation
    Place cucumber, carrot, pepper and bean sprouts in a large bowl. Combine chili, ginger and lemon juice in a separate bowl.
    Pour dressing over salad and toss gently to combine. Season to taste. Scatter over peanuts and serve.
