Petits Pots De Crème - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup heavy cream
    1 cup milk
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/4 cup granulated sugar
    4 None egg yolks + 1 whole egg
    None None strawberries, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0F.
    Heat cream, milk, vanilla and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, until mixture is just simmering. Remove from heat, cover and set aside for 15 mins to infuse.
    Whisk together egg yolks and whole egg. Whisk in hot cream mixture then strain. Distribute between six 8.5 oz ramekins. Place in a roasting pan and add enough boiling water to come halfway up the side of ramekins. Cover with parchment paper. Bake for 12-20 mins, until just set. Turn off oven. Let cool in oven for 30 mins.
    Remove from oven and let cool completely. Serve with strawberries.
