Spinach, Pear And Pomegranate Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup unsweetened pomegranate juice
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    2 tsp olive oil
    1/2 tsp kosher salt
    1/4 tsp minced fresh thyme leaves
    1/8 tsp ground black pepper
    8 oz baby spinach
    3/4 cup shredded radicchio
    1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
    1/2 cup toasted sliced almonds
    1 None large, firm Bartlett (or other bright light green) pear
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, boil pomegranate juice until reduced to 1/4 cup (about 5 minutes). Let cool. Whisk in lemon juice, oil, salt, thyme and pepper. In a bowl, gently mix spinach, radicchio, pomegranate seeds, and almonds with dressing. Quarter and core pear. Thinly slice crosswise then stack and cut into matchsticks. Arrange pears over salad.
