Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz peanut butter
    1 None egg
    None pinch salt
    8 oz brown sugar
    1 tsp baking powder
    None None Baking paper
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. With an electric mixer, cream the peanut butter, egg, salt and sugar, then mix in baking soda. Form about 24 balls from the batter. Place the dough balls on 2 baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Press the top of each ball twice with a fork (once vertically, once horizontally) to create a diamond pattern on the cookies.
    Bake each sheet of cookies one at a time for about 10 minutes each. Remove and allow to cool.
