Ingredients

2 tsp instant coffee granules, dissolved in 1 tbsp boiling water
1/3 cup marsala wine
6 None egg yolks
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 lb strawberries, halved
None None biscotti, to serve
Preparation

Combine coffee and wine. Whisk egg yolks and sugar over a hot water bath until thick and creamy. Gradually whisk in coffee mixture then continue to whisk for 6-8 mins, or until mixture coats the back of a spoon.
Place berries in serving glasses. Top with zabaglione. Serve immediately with biscotti.
