Colorful Tuna And Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

14 oz can mixed beans, rinsed
14 oz can tuna in water, drained and flaked
1/2 lb cherry tomatoes, halved
2 None mini cucumbers, chopped
1/2 None red onion, finely chopped
2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
3 oz roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
1/3 cup low-fat French dressing
1 head butter lettuce, washed, leaves separated
None None crusty bread, to serve
Preparation

For the tuna salad, add all ingredients except for the lettuce and bread to a large bowl and toss gently.
Arrange the lettuce leaves on a serving platter and top with the tuna salad. Serve with the bread.
