Capricciosa Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb pizza dough
    3/4 cup tomato puree
    5 oz mozzarella cheese, coarsely grated
    3 oz shaved ham, chopped coarsely
    2 oz small button mushrooms, thinly sliced
    4 oz chargrilled artichokes, drained, halved
    1.5 oz pitted black olives
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 475\u00b0F. Oil 2 baking or pizza trays. Place in heated oven.
    On a floured work surface, roll pizza dough into a 12 inch round. Carefully remove trays from oven and place pizzas on top.
    Spread tomato puree over pizza dough then top with cheese, ham, mushrooms, artichokes and olives. Bake for 15 mins, or until bases are browned and crisp.
