Vanilla Pavlova With Mixed Berries And Passionfruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None egg whites
    3/4 cup granulated sugar
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 1/4 cups heavy cream, whipped
    8.75 oz strawberries, hulled, sliced
    4.5 oz blueberries
    4.5 oz raspberries
    4 None passionfruit, pulp removed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
    Whip egg whites to soft peaks. Gradually add sugar, 1 tbsp at a time, beating until sugar dissolves and meringue is stiff, thick and glossy. Beat in lemon juice and vanilla extract. Transfer to prepared tray and shape into a round with a slight recess in the middle. Bake for 20 mins. Reduce heat to 250\u00b0F and bake for another 45 mins. Turn off oven. Let cool in oven with door ajar.
    To serve, top with whipped cream and berries. Drizzle with passionfruit just before serving.
