Brunch Fruit Basket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None large cantaloupe
    1 None kiwi, peeled, sliced
    1 cup strawberries, quartered
    1 None medium banana, sliced
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    2 tbsp passionfruit pulp
    4 scoops low-fat chocolate ice cream, to serve
    4 scoops low-fat vanilla ice cream, to serve
Preparation
    Using a pencil and starting and ending at the stalk, draw a line around the cantaloupe. Mark out a 1-inch-wide band at the center of the top half. Using the lines as a guide and a small sharp knife, cut cantaloupe as shown in the photo. Remove melon pieces.
    Peel removed melon pieces; chop flesh. Using a teaspoon, scoop seeds from melon, then scoop melon flesh to create a shell 2cm thick.
    Combine melon, kiwi, strawberries, banana, juice and passionfruit in a large bowl. Spoon fruit mixture into basket; top with ice cream and serve at once.
