Christmas Cake Trifles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 x 3 oz package pineapple Jello
3 oz mixed berries, thawed if frozen
6 oz fruit cake, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 cup prepared vanilla pudding
3/4 cup heavy cream, whipped, to serve
Preparation

Prepare the Jello according to the package instructions. Place four 2-cup serving glasses on a baking sheet. Divide the Jello evenly among the prepared glasses. Top each with 1 tablespoon of the berries. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 2 hours or until set.
Top the Jello with half of the cake, the custard, and then the remaining cake. Place the whipped cream in a piping bag fitted with a 1/2 inch star nozzle. Pipe the cream over trifles. Top with the remaining berries and serve.
