Paprika Lamb Chops With Greek Salad - cooking recipe

8 None lamb loin chops
2 tsp sweet paprika
1/4 cup olive oil
1 None red pepper, coarsely chopped
1 None green pepper, coarsely chopped
2 None tomatoes,coarsely chopped
7 oz feta cheese, cut into 3/4-inch dice
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
1 None lemon, cut into wedges
Preparation

Sprinkle lamb with paprika. Heat 1 tbsp of the oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Cook lamb until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Cover; let stand for 5 mins.
Meanwhile, combine peppers, tomatoes, feta, lemon juice, parsley and remaining 3 tbsp oil in large bowl; toss gently.
Divide salad and lamb among serving plates; serve with lemon wedges.
