Spicy Tomato Sambal Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup peanut oil
    2 None red onions, finely chopped
    6 cloves garlic, chopped
    4 None long red chili peppers, deseeded, chopped
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 tbsp dried shrimp paste
    4 None large tomatoes, chopped
    2 tbsp lime juice
Preparation
    In a heavy-based saucepan, heat oil on medium. Cook onion, garlic and chili pepper 8 mins, until onion is golden. Add sugar and shrimp paste and cook 1 min, until sugar caramelizes. Stir in tomato and cook another 10 mins, until tomato softens. Set aside to cool. Stir in lime juice and serve.
