Apricot And Cherry Clofuti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
    1 1/4 cups sugar
    6 medium eggs
    2 1/3 cup flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    6 tbsp milk
    3 x 14 oz cans apricots, drained
    28 oz can or jar of cherries, drained
    None None powdered sugar, for dusting
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 325\u00b0F. To make the batter, cream the butter and sugar in a large bowl, then whisk in the eggs, flour and baking powder and stir in the milk. Pour the batter into a 13 x 15 inch greased and floured baking dish.
    Arrange the apricots and cherries on top of the batter and bake for about 40 mins. Cool in the dish on a wire rack. Just before serving, dust with powdered sugar and cut into squares.
