Kielbasa Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp oil
    1 None red onion, thiny sliced
    2 cups finely shredded red cabbage
    1 None apple, peeled, cored and grated
    1 pinch ground cloves
    1 tbsp red wine vinegar
    1 tsp sugar
    1 pkg (14 oz) kielbasa, cut into bun-size lengths and halved lengthwise
    4 None submarine rolls, split
    2 cups baby spinach leaves
    None None Coarse grain mustard, to serve
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Saute onion 4-5 mins, until tender. Add cabbage and cook 2-3 mins, until wilted. Stir in apple and cloves; cook a further 5 mins.
    Add vinegar and sugar. Season to taste; cook a further 3-4 mins.
    Meanwhile, heat a grill pan or skillet on high heat. Spray sausages with no stick cooking spray. Cook 2-3 mins, turning, until browned and heated through.
    Fill rolls with cabbage mixture, spinach and sausage. Serve with mustard.
