Bacon-Wrapped Prunes And Dates - cooking recipe

12 None soft pitted prunes
12 None soft pitted dates
24 None blanched almonds
8 slices bacon, cut crosswise into thirds
1 tbsp olive oil
Preparation

Stuff each prune and date with an almond. Tightly wrap a piece of bacon around each prune or date. Secure with toothpicks.
Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon rolls and cook, turning as needed, for 8-10 mins until the bacon is crisp. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
