French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 None eggs
    1/2 cup cream or milk
    1 tbsp granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    4 slices thick brioche or other bread
    2 tbsp butter
    None None Powdered sugar, to dust
    None None Mixed berries, maple syrup, to serve
Preparation
    Place eggs, cream or milk, sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl. Whisk to combine.
    Soak brioche in egg mixture for a few seconds each side.
    Melt the butter in a skillet on medium heat. When the butter is foaming, place the soaked brioche slices in the pan. Cook for 2-3 mins each side or until golden.
    Dust with powdered sugar. Top with berries and drizzle with maple syrup.
