Vanilla Bean And Crushed Berry Ripple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz low-fat Greek yogurt
    1 None vanilla bean, seeds scraped out
    1 tbsp honey
    4 oz raspberries
    4 oz blueberries
    2 tbsp flaked coconut
Preparation
    Combine yogurt, vanilla bean seeds and honey. Combine berries in a separate bowl and mash with a fork. Add berries to yogurt mixture and stir to create a rippled effect.
    Spoon into serving glasses and top with flaked coconut.
