Warm Salmon Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz dried pasta curls (rotini or other similar pasta)
    5 oz frozen peas
    1 (13.5 oz) can flaked pink salmon, drained
    2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 None lemon, zested and juiced, plus lemon cheeks, to serve
    3 tbsp fresh parsley leaves
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3.5 oz feta
Preparation
    Cook pasta in boiling, salted water until al dente. Drain well and return to pan.
    Add peas, salmon and olive oil. Cook over low heat for 1-2 mins, or until heated through. Remove from heat and add lemon zest, lemon juice, parsley and garlic. Season to taste and toss well. Crumble feta over top. Serve with lemon cheeks.
