Cheddar Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups all-purpose baking mix, like Bisquick
    2 tsp fresh chopped thyme
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    1/4 cup cold diced butter
    1 1/4 cups shredded Colby - Pepper Jack blend cheese, divided
    2/3 cup low fat milk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0F. In a bowl, combine baking mix, thyme, onion powder and butter with pastry blender until the butter is the size of small peas. Stir in 1 cup cheese and milk until wet dough forms.
    Drop sixteen parts of the mix (size of about 2 tablespoons per each) on a greased baking sheet. Sprinkle tops with remaining cheese. Bake for 12 mins or until light golden brown. Serve warm.
