Pineapple Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None medium pineapple, peeled, cored, finely chopped
    1 None medium red onion, finely chopped
    2 None Persian cucumbers, seeded, finely chopped
    9 oz cherry tomatoes, quartered
    4 tbsp fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
    1/4 cup lemon or lime juice
    2 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Chill for 15 mins then serve.
