Nicoise Wraps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 None lemon, juiced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp olive oil
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
1 None pepper, seeded and sliced
1/2 cup canned artichoke halves, chopped
1 can (7 oz) tuna, drained and flaked
2 None hard-boiled eggs, coarsely chopped
1 small cucumber, sliced
1/4 cup basil leaves
4 pieces lavash bread or flour tortillas
Preparation

For the dressing, whisk lemon juice, garlic and oil in a small bowl. Season to taste.
Place tomatoes, pepper, artichokes, tuna, eggs, cucumber and basil in a large bowl.. Drizzle with dressing; toss to combine.
Place each lavash on a flat surface and top with salad. Roll up, halve and serve.
