Banana And Chocolate Spring Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 None spring roll wrappers
    2 None large bananas, peeled and halved lengthwise then across the middle
    1/4 lb dark chocolate, roughly chopped
    2 cups canola oil
    None None powdered sugar, for dusting
    None None fresh lemon balm leaves, to decorate
Preparation
    Lay wrappers side by side on a work surface. Lay 1 banana piece in the corner of each sheet and top with chocolate. Brush edges with water, fold over sides and roll up.
    Heat oil in a pot and fry spring rolls, working in batches, for 6 mins, turning, until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Arrange on plates, dust with powdered sugar and decorate with lemon balm.
