White Chocolate And Passionfruit Kisses - cooking recipe

1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar, plus 2 tsp extra, to dust
3 None passionfruit, pulp removed
1/4 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
1/4 cup custard powder
5.25 oz white chocolate, chopped
1 tbsp heavy cream
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Line 2-3 large baking trays with parchment paper.
Cream butter and 3/4 cup sugar until pale. Add pulp of 2 passionfruit. Combine flour and custard powder then fold in. Transfer to a piping bag fitted with a 1/3 inch plain tip. Pipe 1 1/2 inch rounds onto prepared trays, about 1 inch apart. Bake for 12-15 mins, or until pale golden. Remove from oven. Let cool for 5 mins then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
Meanwhile, for the passionfruit chocolate ganache, combine chocolate and cream in a small saucepan. Stir over low heat until chocolate is melted. Add remaining passionfruit pulp. Chill for 20-30 mins, or until thick.
Sandwich cookies together with 1 tsp ganache. Dust with extra powdered sugar. Serve.
