Mixed Tomato And Tangelo Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium unripe tomatoes
    8 oz yellow grape tomatoes
    1 None tangelo or tangerine
    2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
    1 None hot green chili pepper, thinly sliced
    None None Sea salt
Preparation
    Slice green tomatoes and halve yellow ones.
    Peel tangelo with a small, serrated knife, removing all the white pith. Slice into rounds then cut rounds in half.
    Place tomatoes and tangelo slices in a bowl. Drizzle with oil then sprinkle with garlic, chili pepper and salt. Toss and serve.
