Chocolate Peanut Bombes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 cup heavy cream
    2 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted and cooled
    1 1/2 tbsp unsalted peanuts, coarsely chopped
    1 pkg (2 oz) Snickers candy bar, finely chopped
Preparation
    Beat cream in medium bowl with electric mixer until soft peaks form. Add chocolate; beat until combined. Fold in remaining ingredients. Transfer mixture to loaf pan. Cover pan with foil.
    Refrigerate 2 hours. Serve in scoops.
