Orange, Beet, Cabbage And Green Tea Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup green tea, cooled
    1 None orange, peeled and pith removed
    12 oz cooked beets
    1 cup shredded cabbage
    None None carrot ribbons, to garnish (optional)
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Divide between four glasses. Garnish with carrot ribbons, if using.
    Variation: Replace the cabbage with Swiss chard. Or try adding celery and hemp seeds for extra fiber.
