Asian Egg Sandwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 None eggs
2-3 tbsp light soy sauce
1 pinch white pepper
1 tsp oil
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp red chili paste
1/2 None orange bell pepper, seeded and cut into rings
3 stalks cilantro
1/2 bunch chives, chopped
1 slice cooked ham
1 None hamburger bun
Preparation

To make the omelette, whisk the eggs and soy sauce and season with white pepper. Heat the oil in a small nonstick pan, pour in the egg mixture, cover, and cook over a low heat. Take the omelette from the pan and divide it into 3-4 pieces.
Mix the sour cream and chili paste and season to taste.Pile up the peppers, ham, omelette and cilantro in layers on the lower half of the bun. Sprinkle with chives and top with the chili sauce and the upper half of the bun.
