Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 loaf Turkish bread, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/4 lb baby potatoes, quartered
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary leaves
8 None beef chipolata sausages
4 None large ripe plum tomatoes, quartered lengthwise
2.5 oz pitted black olives
3 tbsp chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
None None sour cream, to serve
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F. Place bread in a roasting pan and drizzle with 1/2 the oil. Toss gently to coat then sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 8-10 mins, or until golden brown. Let cool slightly then break into pieces. Set aside.
Combine potatoes, garlic, remaining oil and rosemary in roasting pan. Season and bake for 20 mins.
Add sausages to pan and bake for 15 mins. Add tomatoes and bake for 10 mins, or until potatoes and sausages are brown and cooked through.
Stir in olives and croutons. Sprinkle with parsley and dollop with sour cream. Serve immediately.
