Eggplant With Salsa Fresca - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 None baby eggplant, halved lengthwise
    2 None green peppers, seeded and finely chopped
    2 None yellow peppers, seeded and finely chopped
    4 None tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped
    2/3 cup finely shredded basil
    2/3 cup lemon juice
Preparation
    Cook eggplant on heated oiled grill pan (or grill or broil) until tender.
    For the salsa fresca, combine remaining ingredients in medium bowl.
    Serve grilled eggplant topped with salsa fresca.
