Grilled Chicken With Herbs And Lemon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None onion, chopped
    1/4 cup fresh herbs
    1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, sliced
    1/2 None lemon, zested and juiced
    3 (1 1/4 lb) chickens, spatchcocked, halved
Preparation
    In a food processor, combine onion, herbs, oil, garlic, lemon zest and lemon juice. Rub over chickens then chill, covered, for 4 hour, or overnight.
    Preheat grill. Cook chicken, skin-side down, covered, for 10 mins. Flip over and cook for another 10 mins, covered, until cooked through. Let rest, covered with foil, for 10 mins.
