Brandy-Stewed Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb red delicious apples, peeled, sliced
    1/2 cup brandy
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1 pinch ground cloves
    1 None cinnamon stick
    1/4 cup brown sugar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered, for about 10 mins. Remove lid and cook for about 20 mins, until thickened.
