Sour Cream And Quark Dip - cooking recipe

2 1/2 lbs quark
1 2/3 cup sour cream
6-8 tbsp milk
7 oz (1 1/2 bunches) spring onions, finely sliced
2-3 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
5 sprigs fresh parsley, leaves finely chopped
5 sprigs fresh basil, leaves finely chopped
5 sprigs fresh thyme, leaves finely chopped
Preparation

In a bowl, mix the quark, sour cream, and milk until smooth. Stir in the spring onions, garlic, and herbs and season with salt and black pepper.
