Chicken With Spicy Lentils - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp yogurt
    1 tbsp Madras curry paste
    4 None chicken breasts
    None None Spicy Lentils
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 None onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 tsp cumin seeds
    8 oz red lentils, rinsed, drained
    14 oz can chopped tomatoes
    1 1/2 cups chicken stock
    2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro leaves
Preparation
    To marinate chicken, combine yogurt, curry paste and chicken in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate 15 mins.
    Meanwhile, for the spicy lentils, heat oil in a large saucepan. Saute onion and garlic, until onion is soft. Add cumin seeds and cook, stirring, until fragrant. Stir in lentils, undrained tomatoes, stock and cilantro. Simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, about 25 mins or until lentils are tender and most of liquid is absorbed.
    Cook chicken in a frying pan, turning, until browned on both sides and cooked through. Serve with the lentils.
