Coconut And Currant Muesli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 cups rolled oats
    1 1/4 cups apple juice
    2 cups yogurt
    2 None Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, 1 coarsely grated, 1 thinly sliced
    1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
    1/4 cup currants
    1/4 cup shredded coconut, toasted
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    2 tbsp honey
Preparation
    Combine oats, apple juice and 1 1/4 cups yogurt. Cover and chill overnight.
    Add grated apple, almonds, currants, coconut and cinnamon to oat mixture. Distribute between serving bowls and arrange sliced apple over top. Garnish with remaining yogurt and honey.
