Iceberg, Parmesan And Prosciutto Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1 tbsp mayonnaise
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tsp Dijon mustard
    None None Iceberg, Parmesan and Prosciutto Salad
    3.5 oz prosciutto, thinly sliced
    1/2 head iceberg lettuce, finely shredded
    1.5 oz Parmesan cheese, shaved
    2 None soft-boiled eggs, chopped
Preparation
    To make the dressing, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic and mustard. Season to taste and set aside.
    Heat a nonstick frying pan over high heat. Lightly coat with oil and saute prosciutto for 1 min per side. Break into pieces.
    Toss prosciutto, lettuce, Parmesan and egg with dressing. Serve.
