Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 None baking potatoes, cut into wedges
    1/4 cup light olive oil
    1 tsp salt
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 425\u00b0F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Place potatoes in pan with oil and salt; toss to coat.
    Bake for 40-45 mins, turning occasionally, until golden and crisp.
