Ham And Snap Peas With Gnocchi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    350 g runner beans, cut into pieces
    1-2 tbsp oil
    600 g smoked pork chop, thinly sliced
    2 heaped tbsp wholegrain mustard
    1 tsp plain flour
    200 g double cream
    1 tbsp butter
    800 g fresh gnocchi
Preparation
    Cook peas in boiling salted water for 12-15 mins then drain and set aside.
    Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan and briefly fry the sliced ham. Remove from pan and keep warm. Add mustard then sprinkle in flour. Add 1/2 cup water and cream and simmer for 3-6 mins. Add beans and meat to the sauce and season. Cook for 2 mins.
    To finish, heat butter in a large non stick frying pan and saute gnocchi for about 8 mins until browned on all sides. Serve with meat, peas and sauce.
