Chocolate Hazelnut Breakfast Cereal - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 lb dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 tbsp honey
1/4 cup oil
1 lb rolled oats
1 cup hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
1/4 lb shredded coconut
Preparation

Bring 1/2 cup of water to a boil in a saucepan with the brown sugar, then simmer for 3-4 mins. Remove from the heat, then add the chocolate, honey and oil and stir until the chocolate is melted. Leave to cool.
In a large bowl, mix the oats, nuts and coconut. Pour in the cooled chocolate mixture and combine with your hands so that the dry ingredients are coated thoroughly.
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper, then spread the mixture on them evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 325\u00b0F for about 20 mins. Remove from the oven and cool completely on a wire rack. Transfer to a large, sealable jar, breaking up any large pieces. Serve with milk and fruit.
