Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None medium russet or baking potatoes, cut into wedges
    None None a good splash of olive oil
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1 tbsp rosemary, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F.
    Toss the potato wedges in a bowl with the olive oil, garlic powder, and rosemary and season to taste. Put potatoes in a foil-lined baking pan and bake for 10 mins. Turn potatoes and bake them for another five mins, then leave them to cool before serving.
