Cheesy Steak Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
    1 None large red onion, thinly sliced
    1 None large red pepper, thinly sliced
    7 oz button mushrooms, sliced
    4 None thin beef steaks
    8 slices mozzarella cheese
    8 slices white bread, toasted
    2 tbsp yellow mustard
    1/4 cup tomato sauce
Preparation
    Preheat broiler. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add onion, pepper and mushroom. Cook for 5-7 mins, or until softened and slightly caramelized. Set aside and cover to keep warm.
    Heat remaining oil over high heat. Add beef and sear for 1 min per side, or until cooked to your liking. Set aside and keep warm.
    Place mozzarella on 4 slices of bread. Broil until melted. Spread mustard over remaining bread slices. Top cheesy bread slices with beef, pepper mixture and tomato sauce. Sandwich with remaining bread slices, halve and serve.
