Coleslaw With Pretzel Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    180 ml herbal vinegar
    100 ml vegetable stock
    2 tbsp oil
    1 small cabbage, thinly sliced
    4 None pretzels
    4 slices cheese
    1/2 bunch radishes, thinly sliced
    1 bunch parsley, chopped
    1 bunch spring onions, sliced
    1 None red pepper, sliced
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix the vinegar, stock, oil and a pinch of salt, pepper and sugar. Mix with the cabbage then cover and set aside for about 20 mins.
    Meanwhile, fill the pretzels with a slice of cheese, radishes and 1/3 of the chopped parsley.
    Add the onions, pepper and remaining parsley to the cabbage mixture and serve with the pretzel sandwiches.
