Bruschetta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None ciabatta loaf, cut into thin slices
    8 tbsp olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    4 None tomatoes, finely chopped
    1 None small red onion, peeled and finely chopped
    1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
Preparation
    Mix the olive oil with the garlic and brush on to ciabatta slices. Bake at 400\u00b0F for 10 minutes until golden and just crisp.
    Mix together tomatoes, red onion, and basil. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
    Serve ciabatta slices warm, topped with tomato relish.
