Creamy Baked Ham And Cheese Baguettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small baguette
    100 ml dry white wine
    8 None thin slices smoked ham
    8 None thin slices Gruyere cheese
    2 None tomatoes, sliced
    250 g creme fraiche
    125 ml double cream or milk
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 425\u00b0F. Grease 4 small baking dishes. Cut the baguette on the diagonal into 8 thin slices and place 2 slices in each dish. Sprinkle with the white wine then top each with a slice of ham, cheese and tomato.
    To make the sauce, mix together the sour cream and cream or milk and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Pour around the bread slices and bake for 15-20 mins until bubbling and golden. Serve immediately.
