Lamb And Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 None onion, chopped
    1 lb lean ground lamb
    1 2/3 cups lamb or vegetable stock
    1 tbsp sun-dried tomatos, ground into a paste
    2 tsp chopped rosemary
    2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    2 lbs potatoes, cut into small cubes
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Heat 1 tbsp of the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 3 mins. Add the lamb and cook for 5 more mins, stirring and breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon. Stir in the stock, tomato paste, rosemary and Worcestershire sauce and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and transfer to a shallow ovenproof dish.
    Cook the potatoes in boiling, salted water for 5 mins to soften. Drain well and distribute them over the meat. Brush with the remaining oil and bake in the oven for about 45 mins or until the potatoes are tender and golden.
