Double Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 None large egg
    2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    2 tbsp milk
    3.5 oz white chocolate chips
    3.5 oz dark chocolate chips
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
    Beat the butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add the egg and beat until combined, then sift in the combined flour and baking powder and stir lightly to create a dough. Add the chocolate chips and stir to combine.
    Roll heaped tablespoons of the dough into balls. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheets and flatten slightly, allowing at least 1 inch between each cookie for spreading. Bake for 15 min, or until a light golden color. Allow to cool for 5 mins, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
