Ingredients
-
2 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 1/4 cups milk
1 tbsp unflavored gelatin
5 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup sugar
5 oz white chocolate, chopped
1 cup mixed berries
Preparation
-
Place 1 1/4 cups of the cream and milk in a medium saucepan on medium heat. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Whisk in the gelatin until dissolved. Add semi-sweet chocolate and sugar and stir until chocolate has melted and mixture is smooth.
Pour mixture into four 1-cup glasses. Place glasses on a tray. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight until set.
Place white chocolate in a small bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (don't let base of bowl touch the water). Stir until melted and smooth. Cool.
Beat remaining 1 1/4 cups cream in a medium bowl with an electric mixer on medium peed until soft peaks form. Fold in white chocolate until well blended. Spoon white chocolate mixture on chocolate mousse. Top with berries.
