Tandoori Chicken Sub - cooking recipe

1/2 None rotisserie chicken, flesh removed
2 tbsp tandoori paste
2 tbsp plain yogurt, plus extra to serve
1/2 loaf French bread, halved horizontally
1/2 cup mango chutney
1 None onion, thinly sliced
12 None cherry tomatoes, quartered
2 oz mozzarella cheese, grated
2 None green onions, thinly sliced
None None lemon wedges, to serve
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
Combine chicken, tandoori paste and yogurt. Set aside to marinate for 20 mins.
Open up baguette and place on prepared tray. Spread mango chutney over each 1/2. Top with sliced onion, chicken and cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle with mozzarella then bake for 10-15 mins, until bases are crisp and cheese has melted.
Sprinkle with green onions. Serve with extra yogurt and lemon wedges.
